Standard Contractual Clauses
The data importer has the data exporter’s general authorization for the engagement of sub-Processor(s) from an agreed list. The data importer shall specifically inform the data exporter in writing of any intended changes to that list through the addition or replacement of sub-Processors at least thirty (30) days in advance, thereby giving the data exporter sufficient time to be able to object to such changes prior to the engagement of the sub-Processor(s). The data importer shall provide the data exporter with the information necessary to enable the data exporter to exercise its right to object.
The supervisory authority with responsibility for ensuring compliance by the data exporter with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 as regards the data transfer, as indicated in Annex I.C, shall act as competent supervisory authority.
These Clauses shall be governed by the law of the EU Member State in which the data exporter is established. Where such law does not allow for third-party beneficiary rights, they shall be governed by the law of another EU Member State that does allow for third-party beneficiary rights. The Parties agree that this shall be the law of the Netherlands.

In addition to the modules selected in Section II above, with respect to transfers of Personal Data from Customer established in Applicable Data Transfer Jurisdictions to Company’s in non-Adequate Jurisdictions, the Parties hereby further agree:

These Clauses shall be governed by the law of the Applicable Data Transfer Jurisdiction in which the data exporter is established.
The Parties agree that those shall be the courts of the Applicable Data Transfer Jurisdiction.
The competent supervisory authority is the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner ("FDPIC");
The law governing the Standard Contractual Clauses is Swiss law;

1. Introduction
This agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of our application’s service ("YouTube Cartridge Service"), which integrates with YouTube API Services. By using this service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, as well as the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.
2. YouTube Terms of Service
By accessing or using this YouTube Cartridge Service, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the YouTube Cartridge Service as Publication provider.
3. Privacy Policy and YouTube API Data Usage
Our YouTube Cartridge Service uses YouTube API Services, which means that user data may be collected, stored, and processed according to both our Privacy Policy and the Google Privacy Policy.

4. User Rights and Revocation of Access
You retain full control over your YouTube account and the data accessed by our service. You can revoke our YouTube Cartridge Service access to your YouTube account at any time by visiting the Google Security Settings and follow these steps:
Once access is revoked, we will no longer be able to interact with your YouTube account or manage your content on YouTube.
5. Cookies and Device Information
Our application does not use cookies or collect any device-specific information. Additionally, we do not allow any third parties to access or collect information from your device. However, we do use session storage to temporarily store essential data needed for the application to function smoothly. This data is not linked to your personal information and is automatically deleted by your browser when you close the session.

7. Changes to this Agreement
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our YouTube Cartridge Service following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
To the extent Personal Data from the Netherlands is transferred to a country outside of the Netherlands, the Dutch SCC Addendum is incorporated.
